Users come out in force to proclaim Pivotal the leader in eBusiness Relationship Management
— Pivotal Corporation (Nasdaq: PVTL) has been proclaimed a "Gold Best-in-Class" winner in "The First Annual Users Choice Awards", sponsored by Customer Support Management magazine and Real Market Research. Pivotal received the honor for its industry-leading eBusiness relationship management (eBRM) solutions.
The Users Choice Awards is the only awards program in which customer relationship management (CRM) products are judged by end users. More than 238 product entries were considered in a total of 21 categories. End users rated their satisfaction with the CRM solutions and the impact of the solutions on their businesses.
