Matthew BieberA longtime technology executive, Matthew Bieber is the CEO at CDC Software, a provider of SaaS solutions that create real-time, events-based links between leading telephony systems, CRM systems and other mission-critical contact center data solutions.

Matt was named CDC’s CEO in 2015. Prior to joining the company, he served as Division Executive for Contact Center Services at Computer Aid, Inc., a global IT services and outsourcing firm. Matt’s rich industry experience includes a seven year stint as President of Cloud/SaaS Technology Services at Teleperformance, the largest global Business Process Outsourcer (BPO), and two decades in leadership roles at AT&T.

Matt has served as an adjunct professor at DeSales University and Bloomsburg University. He is a member of the American Marketing Association and Beacon, previously know as the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group.

Matt holds an MBA from Lehigh University’s College of Business and Economics, and a BBA in Marketing from Penn State University.

 

 


 

Tim Chapin | Founder & CTO

Tim ChapinA senior level system architect and software developer, Tim Chapin is the Founder and CTO at CDC Software, a provider of SaaS solutions that create real-time, events-based links between leading telephony systems, CRM systems and other mission-critical contact center data solutions.

Tim founded CDC in 2010 in response to increasing market demand for reliable, flexible telephony-CRM integration solutions. In the years since, he has directed efforts to expand the feature set and capabilities, while maintaining strict requirements for ease of deployment and reduced lifetime cost of ownership.

Prior to founding CDC, Tim served as Senior Principal at eLoyalty, where he was responsible for the design and delivery of a core call recording solution. He was a member of the Avaya advanced architecture team responsible for the design and deployment of enterprise-wide telecom systems for the company’s largest clients. Tim has also designed and implemented telephony system and CTI architectures for utilities, national hotel chains, banks and more.

Tim holds a Bachelor in Computer Science from Bloomsburg University and an Associate in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
