In February 2004, CDC Software acquired Vancouver, Canada-headquartered Pivotal Corporation. The acquisition added Pivotal’s suite of flexible customer relationship management (CRM) applications and industry-specific CRM solutions as complements to CDC Software’s existing enterprise software.
