June 2010 - iDC

CDC Software strengthened its offerings in the not-for-profit market by acquiring Information Development Consultants (iDC), a cloud-based SaaS enterprise fund accounting solution provider for state and local governments and not-for-profit organizations. The iDC solution, now CDC 4-Gov, supports customers that range from small communities to national governments, and also includes state government agencies, cities, counties, airports, park districts, special agencies in the U.S., and NFPs.

May 2010 - CDC TradeBeam

With the purchase of TradeBeam, CDC Software continues its effort to provide new and existing customers with more deployment options and expanded global supply chain solutions. TradeBeam represents CDC Software's largest SaaS (Software as a Service) acquisition to date, helping customers improve supply chain visibility, improve collaboration, and automate their import and export global trade management and compliance processes. The acquisition of Truition opens up the business to-consumer market (B2C) for CDC Software solutions and gives CDC Software customers the ability to integrate end-to-end supply chain execution solutions, from raw materials to the end consumer with online shopping technology. November 2009 - Activplant

The acquisition of Activplant provides CDC Software customers with manufacturing business intelligence solutions while positioning CDC Factory as a market-leading solution in the packaged Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) solutions.
