(iDC), a provider of cloud based software as a service (SaaS) fund accounting and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solutions for the State and Local Government and Not-for-Profit markets. This acquisition advances CDC Software’s goal to focus in key verticals, including the Public and Not-for-Profit sector. iDC’s solutions, 4-Gov and 4-NFP, along with the recent acquisition of gomembers AMS solutions complete CDC Software’s Public and Not-for-Profit sector portfolio. CDC Software now offers customers multiple deployment options, such as cloud based, on-premise and hybrid solutions that best fit the business requirements of your organization or government agency.
