Executive User Committee
Ross customers elect an Executive User Committee (EUC) that consists of eight of their peers who chose to represent them. This customer board is the voice of the customer. The EUC meets with CDC Software on a quarterly basis and directly influences the Ross ERP product road map. The R&D team often integrates customer visions into our products so that our customers can enhance their businesses. This is what makes CDC Software the Customer-Driven Company.
Special interest groups
Our customers run regional and national special interest groups. The largest one is the Ross International User Group. This group meets annually to share ideas and network. This conference is an excellent opportunity to learn customer best practices. Other regional groups include:
