In November 2009, CDC Software acquired Oakbrook, Illinois — headquartered gomembers, Inc. The acquisition advances CDC Software’s goal to complement its focus in key verticals, including the Public and Not-for-Profit sector. In addition to the acquisition of gomembers, CDC Software acquired Computility AMS solution for smaller nonprofits, and 4iDC, a provider of Fund Accounting solutions for government agencies and nonprofits, to complete CDC Software’s Public and Not-for-Profit Sector portfolio. CDC Software now offers customers multiple deployment options, such as cloud-based, on-premise and hybrid solutions that best fit the business requirements of your organization or government agency.
