In November 2009, CDC Software acquired gomembers, Inc and their product lines Q AMS and Meetingtrak, a meeting management software solution. The acquisition advances CDC Software’s goal to complement its focus in key verticals, including the public and not- for-profit sector. In addition to the acquisition of gomembers and MeetingTrak, CDC Software acquired Computility AMS solution for smaller nonprofits, and 4iDC, a provider of Fund Accounting solutions for government agencies and nonprofits, to complete CDC Software’s Public and Not-for-Profit Sector Portfolio. CDC Software now offers customers multiple deployment options, such as cloud based, on-premise and hybrid solutions that best fit the business requirements of your organization.
