RFID to Go

To meet the needs of our clients, Ross Enterprise offers our RFID-to-Go solution, which is an EPC-compliant, bolt-on application to the Ross ERP and Ross SCM product suites. Built to be both flexible and scalable, RFID-to-Go supports the practice of applying RFID tags to products during the receipt process, while in storage, and just prior to shipping. As the process manufacturing experts, Ross Enterprise works closely with our clients to ensure that these "Slap and hip" and "Tag to Stock" practices align with their unique business, manufacturing and distribution environments.

Ensuring 100% Read Rates

Ross Enterprise's consulting services ensure that our client's products, cases and pallets achieve 100% read rates. Using automated scientific testing and analysis tools, the selection and configuration of tags, tag placement and readers can be accelerated, thus saving significant time and cost, not to mention selecting and configuring the best hardware for use in our clients' environments.

In Synch with Evolving RFID Technologies and Phased RFID Deployments

To seamlessly integrate multiple RFID tags, readers, and remote sensors, RFID-to-Go incorporates an innovative RFID middleware product, from GlobeRanger. For long term investment protection, RFID-to-Go keeps in synch with advancements in RFID technology, such as the soon to be released Gen 2 tags. With integration to RFID module equipment, such as powered conveyors and light trees, as well as to Ross Enterprise business applications, RFID-to-Go can be customized to meet the needs of our clients.

Leveraging RFID EPC Data

Customer and manufacturing orders requiring RFID product compliance, as well as manual product selection, drive the RFID-to-Go tagging process. Integrated to Ross Inventory Control module, RFID-to-Go validates downloaded order and line item requirements, and controls the tagging process to support "Tag at Receipt" and "Tag to Ship" practices. To support "Tag to Stock" practice, clients can manually pull product from storage, tag cases and pallets using RFID-to-Go, and then restock the product.

By enhancing our client's ERP and SCE applications, RFID-to-Go not only supports customer RFID compliance requirements, but improves product tracking and traceability in the supply chain by leveraging collected EPC read data.
