Rochester Meats: Customer Driven

 “We chose Ross ERP  because it allows us to customize to our needs, and to our customers’ needs,” according to Allyson Maurer of Rochester Meats.  “Ross helped us be more responsive to our customers because the software is there to support us and we don’t have to worry about the data integrity. Those things take care of themselves so that we can really focus on listening to our customers and being responsive to what they want us to do.”

Maurer says that Ross has made Rochester Meats more efficient because of the business processes that go along with the technology.  She says it has streamlined work, and enabled the company to keep costs down.
