PPI Complaints Management

Controversial Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) is increasingly in the headlines. Too many complaints have been rejected by companies and overturned by the Financial Ombudsman Service(FOS) . As a result the Financial Services authority is to introduce new rules to ensure that PPI complaints are handled properly and redress is paid where appropriate.
