Working Capital Optimization - Increase Cash Flow in the New Economy

In 2010, 83% of 115 surveyed companies are citing Working Capital Optimization (WCO) as a high priority which indicates an increased focus on this topic due to the challenging economy. Aberdeen’s 2008 WCO benchmark report showed that for 65% of respondents WCO was a high priority at the time.
