A recent article in the Credit Union Journal, "Identifying (Sick) Members to Head Off Bigger Problems Later," looks at how North Shore Credit Union, a $2-billion credit union in North Vancouver, Canada, is using its CRM system to identify members trending toward financial difficulty and proactively step in to help them find solutions.

This strategy has not only helped NSCU build stronger member relationships, but has also helped the credit union reduce risk and keep its book of business healthy.
