Intellisync for Pivotal provides mobile users with bi-directional synchronization of Personal Information Manager (PIM) information—including contacts, to do's, and calendar items—between Pivotal CRM and Microsoft® Outlook® and Lotus® Notes®, ensuring centralized CRM data is current and keeping mobile users up to date.
With Intellisync for Pivotal, data synchronization is seamlessly conducted when users connect to the main system. They can also select which items to synchronize, resolve data conflicts, and customize events and activities to be synchronized, reducing synchronization time and ensuring data consistency. While offline or away from the office, mobile users can read and write to their PIM application on their PDA.
