Respond CenterPoint Database Administration Course

Senior business users and IT staff that have responsibility for the administration of Respond CenterPoint will benefit from this training day. Topics covered will include how to manage, maintain and configure the Respond database, giving the user the capability to modify their own database going forward.

Respond CenterPoint Report Writing Course

Delegates on this course will become expert at carrying out searches, creating reports and generating charts using Respond CenterPoint. The training is hands-on and each delegate will have access to a laptop connected to a generic Respond CenterPoint database. Delegates will each be given an accompanying training manual to take away.
