The evolution of the SAP warehouse management solution has come a long way in recent years. SAP has announced that it will not be providing further development for its SAP ERP WM product beyond its current level, with new development going into SAP SCM Extended Warehouse Management. However, with more than 4,000 customers worldwide, SAP ERP WM is very much a mature product and will continue to be supported by SAP until further notice.
