Ross Systems Customer Celebration Foods to Present Break-Out Session at GMA IS/LD Conference

Ice Cream and Frozen Dessert Manufacturer to Discuss How a Demand-Driven Supply Chain Can Support a Strategic Expansion

Atlanta, April 3, 2006

Focusing on solutions for global supply chains, this year's GMA Information Systems/Logistics Distribution (IS/LD) Conference, April 3-5, in Tuscon, Ariz., will include a number of break-out sessions highlighting practical solutions for industry challenges. Celebration Foods, a customer of Ross Systems, Inc. ("Ross"), a global provider of enterprise software solutions and a division of CDC Software, the enterprise software company of CDC Corporation (NASDAQ: CHINA), will present a session focused on strategic expansion and the demand-driven supply chain. The annual conference gathers consumer packaged goods manufacturers (CPG) and leading retailers in one forum to discuss issues affecting today's global supply chain.

Craig Hall, chief operating officer of Celebration Foods (formerly Carvel Corporation), a 25-year veteran of the food industry, will discuss how the company has radically changed and updated its supply chain planning processes to expand from a regional to national brand. Hall will also highlight how Ross' OnePlan Web-based, graphical production scheduling system, has enabled Celebration Foods to more effectively plan production to meet retailer and consumer demand, while improving business performance and supporting national expansion.
