Acquisition of leading direct marketing business in Australia sees strategic move into online direct marketing

The cash and stock transaction will enable chinadotcom's e-marketing arm to add to its list of over 10 million email addresses, to create a list of almost 22 million mail address, one of the largest mail lists in Asia. Added to its US partner's list of over 23 million email addresses, chinadotcom's marketing reach is greatly expanded. This asset is expected to become a foundation of chinadotcom's e-marketing inititative to accelerate the building of its e-marketing business in the rapidly expanding online direct marketing space.

In addition to the valuable mail lists and data, the principals of RNR have joined chinadotcom, bringing over 20 years of combined experience* in building, cleaning, enhancing and profiling of the 12 million records it has built up over the years.
