Director of Corporate Finance for Skytel joins Asia's Internet Pioneers

Mr. Fowler will lead chinadotcom corporation's Finance Team with his role being centered on the following four areas:
Delivering strategic financial advice to the company as it continues its rapid expansion programme
Overseeing the company's public market responsibilities
Maximizing the financial synergies across chinadotcom corporation's different business units
Integrating new acquisitions into the financial framework of the organization.

With over 18 years of experience in finance, Mr. Fowler brings to the company his extensive knowledge and expertise in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, international ventures, and investor and shareholders relations. He most recently served as the Director of Corporate Finance for SkyTel Latin America, Inc., an international wireless messaging holding company with operational paging ventures throughout Latin America. Prior to that, he was Director of Finance for SkyTel International and spearheaded the development of key financial strategies for the firm's numerous international operations, splitting his time between the United States and Asia, including Hong Kong and China.
