— Pivotal Worldwide Partner and Customer Conference - August 24, 1998 -Pivotal Corporation today announced the launch of the Pivotal Certified Alliance Program to 350 of its customers and business partners assembled at its Worldwide Partner and Customer Conference in Whistler, BC. This comprehensive education, testing, and certification program is designed to achieve rock-solid skill standards for Pivotal service providers and provide Pivotal customers with consistently high-quality implementations of its award-winning Pivotal Relationship® 98 customer relationship management (CRM) application.
Specifically designed for Pivotal Relationship® 98, the leading CRM application for mid-enterprise business units (MEBUs), the Pivotal Certified Alliance Program fully enables third party service providers and internal implementation professionals to manage all activities necessary for the successful implementation of a Pivotal Relationship 98 solution, including systems design, customization, user training and systems administration.
