May 2010—CDC TradeBeam

CDC TradeBeam, a leading provider of on-demand software as a service (SaaS) supply chain visibility and global trade management solutions, is based in San Mateo, CA. CDC Software and CDC TradeBeam share several common customers, and CDC TradeBeam represents CDC Software's largest SaaS acquisition to date. With this acquisition, CDC Software plans to integrate CDC TradeBeam's SaaS applications into its CDC Supply Chain product line, which is expected to help customers improve supply chain visibility and automate their import and export global trade management and compliance processes. February 2010—Computility

CDC Software acquired computility, a software as a service (SaaS) web-based association and membership management software solution, from privately held Alliance Technologies Inc., as part of its strategy to expand CDC Software's offerings in the growing on-demand software market. The computility solution will be integrated into the CDC gomembers enterprise product line and will add new functionality to that platform with an association management software solution featuring integrated web modules and web collaboration tools for Not-For-Profit (NFP) organizations.

November 2009—gomembers, Inc.

The acquisition of gomembers, a provider of software as a service (SaaS) and on-premise solutions for the Not-For-Profit (NFP) and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) market, advances CDC Software's goal to complement its focus in key verticals, including the NFP/NGO sector, and to offer customers multiple deployment options, such as on demand, on-premise and hybrid, a blend of both on-premise and on demand solutions, that best fit their business requirements.

November 2009—Truition Inc.

The acquisition of Truition opens up the business to-consumer market (B2C) for CDC Software solutions and gives CDC Software the ability to offer an end-to-end supply chain execution solution, from raw materials to the end consumer. This acquisition also furthers CDC Software's roll-up strategy to acquire SaaS companies that complement its on-premise solutions in key verticals that include retail, financial services, consumer electronics, apparel, consumer packaged goods (CPG), non-profit, travel/leisure/loyalty and sports/entertainment.

April 2010—VITOVA Limited

Based in Hong Kong, VITOVA is a leading ISV in Content Management industry. VITOVA develops software tools to connect people to relevant information. VITOVA's software helps to reduce the time needed for searching information while increasing the relevance of the information found. The product family has won many awards including Microsoft Best ISV of the Year of 2009, 2007 & 2005 of Hong Kong, 2006 Microsoft Partner Program Award, Winning Customer Award, Regional Winner of Greater China, 2006 Microsoft Partner Program Award, Data Management Solutions Technology Innovation Finalist, 2005 Microsoft Partner Program Award, ISV/Software Solutions Technology Innovation Finalist, 2003 and 2002 Hong Kong Awards for Industry and Hong Kong IT Excellence Awards 2001. January 2010—PeoplePoint

PeoplePoint was formerly a business of Eclipse Computing, a leading provider of business and industry-specific solutions. PeoplePoint Software delivers integrated and innovative solutions that enable care suppliers to achieve business efficiencies while improving the quality of care for their residents, the elderly and customers. This acquisition helps CDC Software solutions expand into the aged care and not-for-profit markets in Australia and New Zealand while offering a platform to accelerate the expansion of PeoplePoint solutions in the fast growing aged care markets in North America and Europe.

November 2009—Activplant

This Canadian-based company provides CDC Software with manufacturing business intelligence solutions which help position CDC Factory as a market-leading solution in the packaged Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) solutions. Activplant solutions will help CDC Software expand its market share in the Tier 1 Food and Beverage, CPG and Automotive markets.

September 2009—WKD Solutions Ltd. (Categoric)

The acquisition of Surrey, U.K.-based WKD Solutions Ltd., adds supply management and business activity monitoring (BAM) solutions to CDC Software's CDC Supply Chain portfolio of solutions. The solutions helps improve an enterprise's supply chain visibility and support their governance, risk and compliance requirements.

March 2008—Integrated Solutions Limited

Since 1985, Integrated Solutions Limited (ISL) has developed ERP applications for the needs of small and medium-sized discrete manufacturers in Hong Kong and southern China. ISL's award-winning e-M-POWER ERP suite is used by more than 150 customers. These comprehensive solutions directly address purchasing, sales, inventory, production, mold management, finance and compliance for small and medium-sized discrete manufacturers. September 2007—Catalyst International, Inc.

The acquisition of this leading provider of supply-chain execution solutions and services expanded CDC Software's global supply-chain offerings and base of blue-chip customers, while also strengthening our CDC Global Services offerings by adding significant expertise and resources in large-scale supply-chain execution.

April 2007—Saratoga Systems

The acquisition of Saratoga CRM expanded the breadth of our industry CRM applications in chemicals, consumer products, energy, insurance, and select manufacturing industries.

February 2007—Respond Group Ltd.

The acquisition of CDC Respond added industry-specific applications for customer service and feedback management to CDC Software's product suite, strengthening the company's position as a leading provider of vertical CRM solutions and adding key customers in government and financial services.

October 2006—MVI Technology

The acquisition of this profitable company was an accretive addition to CDC Software that provided expertise and production monitoring solutions to complement CDC Software's ERP and SCM solutions.

February 2006—JRG Software, Inc.

The acquisition of JRG Software gave CDC Software on-demand planning and scheduling applications that are highly complementary to the company's global suite of industry-specific enterprise applications.

May 2006—c360 Solutions

The acquisition of this global provider of CRM add-on products, industry-specific CRM solutions, and CRM development tools for Microsoft Dynamics CRM broadened CDC Software's growing global reach through expanded solution offerings and channel sales partners.

August 2004—Ross Systems, Inc.

The acquisition of Ross Systems brought this company's comprehensive suite of modular enterprise resource planning solutions for manufacturing, financials, supply-chain management, performance management, and regulatory compliance to the CDC Software product portfolio, as well as tailored industry solutions for food and beverage, life sciences, chemicals, metals, and natural products.

February 2004—Pivotal Corporation

The acquisition of Pivotal Corporation added Pivotal's broad suite of marketing, sales, service and partner management capabilities and industry solutions for financial services, healthcare, home building, and medical device manufacturing to complement CDC Software's existing software product offerings.

September 2003—Industri-Matematik International (IMI)

The acquisition of IMI allows CDC Software to offer customers comprehensive supply-chain solutions that serve a wide range of businesses, including complex retail, wholesale, consumer goods, distribution operations, and added a customer base that includes GE, AT&T, Starbucks, Campbell Soup, Dial, Frito Lay, Kellogg's, and Warner/Electra/Atlantic.

October 2002—MarketFirst

The acquisition of MarketFirst Software added this company's highly complementary world-class marketing automation and lead management solution to the CDC Software portfolio of front-office solutions.

April 2002—Platinum China Limited

The acquisition of this leading provider of human resources and payroll management software in China, with operations in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong, expanded CDC Software's portfolio of proprietary software solutions and brought significant synergies and opportunities.
